Shipping, Return, and Exchange Policy
At Paldo Bikes, we want you to have a great shopping experience. Here’s what you need to know about our shipping and return policies.
Shipping Options
Same-Day Delivery: If you're in Metro Manila or Cavite, you're eligible for same-day delivery! We'll get your order to you the same day, depending on rider availability.
Store Pick-Up: Your order will be ready within 3 hours during store hours (9 am to 6 pm). Just remember, the cut-off for same-day pick-up is 5 pm, and you'll need to arrange your own pick-up.
Nationwide Shipping: We ship all over the Philippines. Your order will usually ship the next business day, with delivery times around 5 days for Luzon and 7 days for Visayas and Mindanao.
7-Day Exchange Policy
You have 7 days from delivery to request an exchange of unused items. Return shipping costs are covered by you unless the item is faulty. To arrange an exchange, email us at customercare@paldobikes.com or message us on Facebook with your order number within 7 days, and we’ll assist you. Items must be returned in original packaging, unused, and in perfect condition for an exchange. If items do not meet these conditions, your exchange may be voided.
Please note that exchanges are only available for the same product in a different size, fitting, or compatibility.
**Returns for change of mind are not accepted after the item has been received.**
