Paldo Bikes Shipping Policy

At Paldo Bikes, we specialize in high-performance cycling gear and are committed to delivering your orders safely and efficiently, whether you are across the street or across the globe.

1. Order Processing & Cut-off Times

  • Speed Commitment: All orders are processed and prepared for dispatch within 1 to 2 hours during our operating hours (Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM).
  • Daily Cut-off: Orders placed before 4:00 PM (PHT) will be processed and handed over to the courier on the same day. Orders placed after the cut-off or on weekends/public holidays will be processed within the first 1 hour of the following business day.

2. Domestic Shipping Methods & Estimates

Metro Manila & Greater Manila: Delivered via Motorcycle Riders or Lalamove. With our 1–2 hour processing time, same-day delivery is highly efficient for local riders.

  • Nationwide (Philippines): Shipped via J&T Express or LBC. Estimated transit time is 3 to 7 business days.

3. Worldwide Shipping (DHL Express) We offer premium international shipping via DHL for our global customers.

  • Custom Quotes: After your order is placed, we will email a custom DHL shipping quote to you within our 1 day processing window.
  • Customs & Duties Options:
    1. DAP/DDU (Duties Unpaid): You pay applicable import duties directly to the courier upon arrival.
    2. DDP (Duties Paid): Paldo Bikes covers all duties upfront. This will be included in your custom quote.
  • Payment: A secure Maya payment link will be sent to finalize the shipping fee once you select your preferred DHL option.

4. Shipment Confirmation & Tracking Once your order is handed over to the courier, you will receive a confirmation email or SMS with your tracking number.
